The Ancient Mariners that built Stonehenge -

New book proves that our European Megalithic sites were built by a Lost Civilisation

Summary: Robert John Langdon, based in South Downs in East Sussex, is set to change the course of history with his new book ‘Dawn of the Lost Civilisation’. The book looks at the story of Human Anthropology and reveals through exclusive evidence that the builders of the world famous megalithic monument were built by a lost civilisation of mariners.
Robert John Langdon’s second book of his epic Trilogy ‘Prehistoric Britain’ will be published mid-Summer Solstice day of June 21st, 2016. It contains exclusive evidence that the builders of Stonehenge were a Lost Civilisation of mariners that sailed to the four corners of the known world ten thousand years before Columbus and Ferdinand Magella. Aptly titled ‘Dawn of the Lost Civilisation’, Langdon has followed the ancestral line of these ‘CroMagnons’ from the cradle of humanity in Africa to a spot where Homo Sapiens first meet and crossbred with their Neanderthal cousins to create a ‘new humanity’ that we in the Northern Europe are direct decadence.
Using ancient Greek written accounts of oral history, the new science of DNA and archaeological evidence,Langdon has built up a picture of not only who built Stonehenge but moreover, what they looked like and even what language they spoke. This remarkable evidence that is set to change history shows that these mariners that Victorian archaeologists named Cro-Magnon (a separate species to Homo Sapiens) due to their gigantic statue and size lived and traded in a period of history known as the ‘Golden Age.' Even latter-day myths and tales still talk about this society that people also call ‘Utopia’ and was known as ‘Atlantis’ to the ancient Greeks.
In his first book of the trilogy, Langdon discovered that this civilisation known to archaeologists as the 'megalithic builders' existed and built their stone monuments, thousands of years earlier than the existing experts currently believe. This scientific evidence is found in sites like Stonehenge, Avebury, and Old Sarum, where carbon dating has now shown that they were constructed about five thousand years earlier than previously understood.
The Author Robert John Langdon explained: "It was a time the great ancient writings of Plato who told of a great ‘advanced ‘ maritime civilisation that also existed, that was subsequently lost to the world when their island was flooded in a great storm and their citizens scattered throughout the world."
Langdon has now identified this lost continent as Doggerland in the North Sea, which archaeological findings have found sank at the same time as Plato’s writings. Moreover, the size and location of this Lost World match his detailed description. This synergy allows Langdon to conclude that all the archaeological, anthropological and historical written evidence indicates that once a great nation of humans of gigantic proportions he calls ‘Homo Superior,' due to their higher intelligence and ability to adapt the natural world and live successfully by inventing new technology. This technology includes boats, which people take for granted today.
The book also goes on to show that the remnants of this civilisation live on in what today’s anthropologists call ‘modern man’ and is responsible for the technologically advanced age we currently enjoy rather than playing with stone tools as our ancestor did for two million years without this ‘quantum’ evolutionary leap.

Quantum of Solstice

The Stonehenge

Rottingdean, UK 18th June 2014. The unique bond between Stone-Age man and quantum science has been proven by the recent discovery of how Stonehenge was constructed some six thousand years ago.

Robert John Langdon’s new book ’13 Ancient things that don't make sense in history’ reveals, for the first time, details of how our ancestors built this most famous of prehistoric sites, based around perfect geometrical mathematics. This groundbreaking book also shows that the famous principles taught to most secondary school children, currently accredited to the ancient Greek mathematician Pythagoras, was actually practiced some four thousand years earlier by an ancient society known to archaeologists as the ‘Megalithic People.’

This prehistoric civilisation was responsible for the construction of stone monuments such as Stonehenge where the latter-day Druids will gather on the Morning Summer Solstice on the 21st June this year, to witness the sun rising on the longest day. Little will they know that the stone construction that surrounds them was deliberately built to the exact dimensions of a mathematical shape known as a Hexagram?

This constructional blueprint is well known to quantum scientists and biologists as it is the fundamental building block of nature and unique geometrical entities such as snowflakes and flower petals. From bees' honeycombs, the Giant's Causeway and even the mysterious north pole on the planet Saturn, hexagonal patterns are prevalent in nature due to their efficiency, which like Stonehenge are based on a six sided construction made from perfect isosceles and Pythagorean triangles, commonly known as the golden ratio.

The world’s first detailed prehistoric maps of Britain

South Downs, England 16th December 2013 - ABC Publishing Group has announced the publication of the world’s first prehistoric maps of Britain.  These maps are based on the recently published book by Robert John Langdon titled ‘The Stonehenge Enigma’ which proves that Britain suffered massive ‘Post Glacial Flooding’ directly after the last Ice Age ten thousand years ago, and that mankind placed their ancient sites on the shorelines of these raised waterways.

The maps are presented on the old ordnance survey first edition that shows the natural ancient environment to a higher degree of detail than subsequent editions.  The newly added waterways are colour coded to show how the land would have looked in both the Mesolithic Period (10,000BCE to 4,500BCE) and the Neolithic Period (4,500BCE to 2,500BCE).

“For the first time” says Langdon “archaeologists and historians will be able to understand the features that, until now, have baffled academics”.  The newly release maps cover the Stonehenge, Avebury and Old Sarum area of Wiltshire as it has the most prehistoric activity in the country.
“To test the feasibility of my hypothesis, I decided to give it the ultimate test for  Wiltshire has the highest concentration of Barrows and Earthworks in the country, so I decided to map the entire district to see if my theory was right or wrong."

The three 1:50 000 maps and six 1:25 000 maps are constructed using a combination of British Geological superficial maps, infrared and photographic satellite images that cover a total of 800 sq. kilometres (500 sq. miles) and incorporates over one thousand ancient monuments, including Round Barrows, Long Barrows, Earthworks and occupation Sites, including for the first-time features that were destroyed by modern farming and Victorian treasure hunters over the last 200 years.
“The results were truly amazing, with over a thousand barrows plotted, only twelve were in the areas we believed to be waterlogged during this prehistoric period.  Greater inspection of these monuments showed that they were not as old as believed and built after the waters had receded in recent times.  Moreover, the maps showed that every site in the area, including Stonehenge, was built on these waterways and would have been constructed and travelled to by boat as land travel was impossible."

An exhibition of Langdon’s work, including the full range of maps now available to the general public and a new set of maps for the Prehistoric South Downs, which is due to be published during in spring 2014, are at present on display at Ology 12-14 High St in Rottingdean in East Sussex.

Six thousand year old map of Atlantis found at Stonehenge

Slaughter Stone - the Island of Atlantis
The second edition of The Stonehenge Enigma, which is the first volume of Robert John Langdon’s epic trilogy Prehistoric Britain, is published today, revealing for the first time details of a six thousand-year-old map that lay partially buried in the ground that depicts the legendary island of Atlantis.

The Slaughter Stone at Stonehenge is well known to archaeologists throughout the world. But what these experts have failed to appreciate is that this stone was deliberately placed in the ground by the builders of Stonehenge to represent the world that was flooded some 6,000 years ago by the rising sea waters. The book concludes that the entire Stonehenge monument was built in reverence to the lost souls of Atlantis, which lay not in the Mediterranean or between America and Africa as most historians believe, but under the North Sea in place archaeologists now call Doggerland.

Robert John Langdon shows in his new book that two stones within the Stonehenge complex have been identified by geologists as ‘special,' because they are of a particular stone (Mica Sandstone) unlike all the other large sandstones on the site. Moreover, the stones are in a direct alignment to Doggerland/Atlantis, which is now known to have been inhabited some 10,000 years ago by an unknown civilisation whose tools have been found by oyster dredgers scraping the shallow bottom of the North Sea for the last one hundred years.

Finally, the book also proves that the Atlanteans built Stonehenge as a monument to their lost island and dead (hence the term ‘slaughter stone’ we still use today), which was not a stone circle facing the Summer Solstice as portrayed by the Druids today. But as a ‘crescent moon’ facing the opposite direction and the midwinter sunset, as our ancient beliefs have always associated stone, the moon and night-time with the afterlife.

A complete description and illustrations can be found on Robert John Langdon’s blog site at: www.the-stonehenge-enigma.infowhich has published the complete final chapter of this remarkable book including maps of Atlantis and the original diagrams of the Stonehenge temple to the Atlantean dead or by visiting his shop: Ology, 12-14 High St, Rottingdean, Brighton BN2 7HR were is houses a permanent exhibition of his books, models, and illustrations.

URGENT PRESS RELEASE: The Stonehenge Enigma - An

inconvenient truth!

Robert Langdon’s new book, sheds new light on the evidence found in Stonehenge’s Visitors Car Park, which has subsequently been buried for over 40 years, that proves Stonehenge is really 5000 years older than we believe!

Stonehenge visitor's car park post holes

The Stonehenge Enigma, has unearthed evidence that has been kept from public scrutiny for over 40 years.  Current theories on the discovery of the four post holes in a line found during excavation work on the visitors car park in 1966 are simple and dismissive – they are ‘totem poles’ claim English Heritage in their book ‘Stonehenge in its landscape’ by Cleal et al. 1995.

However, analysis of the claim simply does not stand up to scrutiny.  “They are likely to be individual uprights, perhaps reminiscent of those of the American Indian (totem poles).” The problem is that ‘totem poles’ survive less than 100 years, if they are made of hard wood – pine is softwood and rots much quicker.  So when you start to look at the carbon dating evidence on when each post whole was cut a whole new story emerges.

For the first post hole would have been constructed around 8275BC the second one (next to the first) was erected about 7035BC some 1240 years later!  By then the first post would have rotted away and the first post hole completely lost.  The third post hole we cannot date as the charcoal that was found was lost or not processed, which is no surprise as all three samples were stored away for 10 years before some eagle eyed researcher realised that pine wood did not exist in the late Neolithic (2500BC), which the original date archaeologists claimed these poles were erected (to match the building date of Stonehenge) before packing the samples away into oblivion, without getting them tested.  Yet, another post hole on the same alignment was found in 1989 some 75m away from the three original post holes.  This was accurately dated to about 7890BC, 385 years after the first post but 855 years before the second.

So English Heritage asks us to accept that a group of hunter-gatherers went to the Stonehenge site in 8275BC and placed a ‘totem pole’ in a valley away from the high ground (where Stonehenge sits today) which was at this time in history surrounded by a tall pine forest.  These people then disappeared for about 400 years, returning to place a second ‘totem pole’  75 yards away from the first, finally to return 855  years later and place a third pole next to the first with the fourth (of unknown date) in an alignment. Moreover, these people left no trace of their 1200 year occupation of this site until they returned 5,000 years later in 3000BC to build Stonehenge phase 1.

Why has this absurd theory not have the scrutiny that it desires? Why was the evidence buried in a vault for 10 years? And why do they still insist that these post holes are ‘totem poles’?  In his book, Langdon shows that these structures played a more significant role than has previously been believed.  Not only does he reveal what these post holes were for, but he also gives a more plausible explanation on what really happened at Stonehenge including, WHO built the Monument, WHEN they built the monument and WHY they built the monument.

STONE ME: The Druids are looking the wrong way at

Stonehenge 8500BC

the true purpose of Stonehenge was to pay homage to the dead and departing spirits leaving to the next world

At 4:52 on June 21st 2011 the sun will creep over the horizon, then the revered Heel stone of Stonehenge, watched in ore by 10,000 common spectators and Druids alike. Little do they know they have turned up prematurely at Britain's most ancient prehistoric historical event.

For Stonehenge was ORIGINALLY built NOT to observe the midsummer solstice sunrise as commonly believed, but more significantly the midsummer SUNSET and MOON SET occurring some 17 hours later in the opposite direction!

In a new book ‘The Stonehenge Enigma’ launched this month, Archaeologist Robert John Langdon, states in great detail that the true purpose of Stonehenge was to pay homage to the dead and departing spirits leaving to the next world and NOT to worship the sun and rebirth as currently thought.

This revolutionary book proves that archaeologists have only scratched the surface of the historic significance of this world heritage site and have also grossly miscalculated the age of the structure, which accepted carbon dating evidence found in the visitor's Car Park has shown it is 5,000 years older than the experts currently claim and was therefore built around 8,000 BC, making it the oldest prehistoric monument in the world.

In this ancient landscape, Stonehenge was constructed not on a grassy plain we see today, but on a peninsula surrounded on three sides by the river Avon, which had swelled out of proportion, directly after the last Ice Age. This excess of water was created when the two miles of ice that covered our land for over 15,000 years finally melted, flooding the entire landscape, leaving not the Britain we know today but a series of smaller islands and gigantic waterways.

'The Stonehenge Enigma' is the most controversial archaeological book ever written. It contains over forty pieces of scientific evidence, such as carbon dating, to support Langdon's hypothesis that over 10,000 years ago lived a great 'lost' civilisation that lived and traded on this network of rivers and flood plains.

This 'advanced' civilisation, did not roam the land as the hunter-gatherers that history portrays, but in fact lived on reed boats that could not only navigate the internal waterways of ancient Britain, but also travel the 'known world' to trade. These boats were the method used to transport the huge Bluestones from the Preseli mountains in Wales to the site at Stonehenge, negating the need to 'drag' them accross Salisbury plain. The most compelling evidece for the existence of this 'lost civilisation' is found at the end of the book where written evidence from one of the worlds most famous ancient philosophers, identifies this civilisation.

'The Stonehenge Enigma' not only rewrites British history and the understanding of the development of our society, but moreover, rewites the history of the world as Langdon proves that this civilisation was the 'birth place' of our civilisation which has yet to be recognised by historians or archaeologists.
